Our mission is to create a society
in which there are strong social bonds,
with room for tenderness and care.
For many years we functioned as a collective of friends. We based our work on volunteering. Over time, we've specialized in inclusive projects that show the world the potential of people and communities at risk of exclusion.
We started with workshops on emotional education in refugee centers in Kurdistan. We also spent a lot of time in the Roma settlement in the Moldavian city of Soroki.
Over time, we transferred a significant part of our activities to Poland, because nearby there is also a lot to be done. Descriptions of our specific activities can be found in the PROJECTS tab.
We strongly believe that every person has the potential with which they can take care of a specific piece of the world. That is why our team consists of people with various competences.

And everyone who joins us.
In fact, there are many more people who co-create CzujCzuj.
Since some time in Silesia, a group of people under our flag have been building recycling playgrounds - I haven't yet met everyone involved.
We are joined by friends, people who read the blog and liked what we do, sometimes some local activists or residents who saw that something interesting was happening on their street.
And that's what it's about!
TALKED ABOUT US
You can read what the media has written about us (or what we said / wrote ourselves) HERE:
"To enable small refugees to be who they are - children." Interview with Olga Ślepowrońska
Syrian refugee camp in Kurdistan
When in March we came with project CzujCzuj to Iraqi Kurdistan to work in a center for refugees from Syria, we knew that our task wasn't to beguile the kids with colors and attractions that will disappear with us. (...)
Take, go, act! (Part 1)
The best ideas come to mind when traveling. Or thanks to travels. Being on the road and watching the world inspires, and sometimes also arouses the will to act. Today we present three initiatives that were born during travel, thanks to travels and the need to act not only for ourselves (...)
